At Peoria Area Food Pantry, emergency food boxes are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for neighbors who have an immediate need of food and cannot come during normal pantry hours. A referral from Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity, Inc. (PCCEO) is required to receive an emergency food box. Please call 309-671-3900 to inquire.

Our food pantry is a "choice" food pantry where neighbors in need are allowed to shop for products they like instead of receiving a box or sack of standard items. The pantry is open on Wednesdays from 9 am to 11:30 am and 3 pm to 6:30 pm starting September 3, 2025.

We offer home delivery of emergency food boxes for the elderly and disabled, and we work with other community organizations to provide mobile pantry and fresh market services in food desert areas.
